Okay wow I haven’t actually posted anything in about a month now, but I did continue to work out, and eat semi healthy. I lost about 5 lbs since the last time I posted. Which I’m super happy about, but I’m writing this blog to help me motivate myself to work harder. I want to be healthy and happy this summer. I want to be able to enjoy living by the beach. I want to be able to feel comfortable running on the beach. I’ve stayed away from the gym, so I mainly do at home workouts. Today I started the julian micheals 30day shred, and all I can say is OUCH! hahaha I hurt now, but I know after doing this for a week it won’t hurt so bad. It’s totally worth it.
So here’s hoping to me actually keeping up with the blog, and keeping up the progress I’ve made thus far!

Sweet peppers they’re my favorite diet food to eat!! Here’s a few reasons to add these to your regular snack options.
1. They’re only about 46 calories for one full size pepper.
2. They’re super sweet, so no need to waste calories on salad dressings.
3. You can cut them up, throw them into your backpack and not worry about keeping them cold.
4. They smell really good.
So go to the store buy a few and start snacking. It’s a sweet, low calorie, guilt free snack perfect for anytime!
I went to work at 5am this morning and ran/walked a 1.32mile before I had to open the pool at work. -I work at a YMCA
Later on in the day I did jumping jacks, push ups, and a few other muscle building exerises in my dorm. I did reps of 20, well not for the push ups, only could do a few at a time.
For the first official start of my new lifestyle change I’m happy with it! I just wish I ate a little better today, my mom sent cookies from home. I had 4, when I only meant to have 2.

I rather be sore. I ran/walked 1.32 miles in 20minutes I had before I had to open the pool at work.

There’s so many different types of caffeine in these things and they’re soooo unhealthy, lets loose weight without succumbing to using this. Take the high road, do it the healthy way.
Okay my name is Noel, and I weigh around 210 pounds. I want to weigh around 150 by summer. This blog is going to hopefully help motavate me and others to lose the weight. Not to get skinny but to be HEALTHY. That’s why I want to be a size 8 by the summer that would be my healthy size for my body. I want to be able to run a 5k by April without wanting to die. I want to be confident in my body.
I want to do it the right way without any diet pills. By exercising and eating better. I already don’t drink soda, so that won’t be an issue, my big worry is portion size, and saying no to sweets. I will try to drink more water too!
I hope I can inspire others to loose the weight with me, and finally get healthy!
